Care / managed fleet
What we look after, every day
Sites and apps do not stay healthy on their own. Behind every client of ours there is a routine: updates, monitoring, error tracking, an audit trail and backups, run by the same team that built the work.
- WordPress sites in our MainWP console
- 108
- Sites, apps and services monitored
- 243
- Backups, stored off the server
- Daily
- Uptime and SSL checks
- 24/7
Counted on 1 October 2026 from our MainWP console and our own monitor.
The routine / 6
Six things that happen whether anyone asks or not
Updates
WordPress core, plugins and themes updated from one MainWP console. Anything that touches payments or shipping goes one at a time, after a backup.
Uptime and SSL
Every site, app and service we run is checked around the clock by our own monitor, with certificate expiry tracked before it bites.
Error tracking
PHP fatals from the WordPress sites and errors from our apps are collected in one place, so a problem shows up on our screen and not only in a customer's email.
Audit trail
A small plugin of ours records every admin change on a client site: who changed what, and when. When something looks different, we can tell why.
Security reviews
Fleet-wide checks for things like comment spam and XML-RPC brute force, then fixed site by site rather than with one blunt switch.
Backups
Daily backups of the hosting server, written to separate storage away from it, so one broken machine is never the only copy.
Already built, but nobody is looking after it?
We take over existing WordPress sites too: an audit first, then the same routine as everything else we run.
