Software for the places people book
Boats, day trips, apartments, restaurants and travel guides. We build the booking site, the app the staff run it from, the panel behind it and the search presence in front of it, and we keep all of it running through the season.
What we build / 6
From the first search to the last passenger list
Booking engines with channel sync
Booking sites with live availability per room, boat or departure, kept in sync with Booking.com and Airbnb calendars. Our own guard drops the echoed events those calendars send back, the usual way one night ends up sold twice.
Wide Book Admin, on the App Store
Our iOS app for the people running the bookings: availability, reservations and passenger lists from a phone, on top of the booking site we built.
An operations panel for day-trip and boat operators
When a booking engine is not enough: bookings, transfers, crew, payment links and invoices to myDATA in one panel, plus an AI assistant that drafts replies to guests for the team to approve.
1ChatGo as a guest concierge
Live chat on the site that answers guests before they book, and hands the conversation to the team when a person should take it.
Speed and multilingual SEO
Tourism sites in the languages guests actually search in, tuned for a phone on a slow connection. On one of them we took mobile LCP from 22.7s to 2.4s.
Google Business Profiles
Opening hours, seasonal closures and posts kept current through the official API, so the listing says what the door says.
