Nothing marked “only after you accept” is loaded before you answer the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore it, none of those requests are made at all. You can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer.
Other services in the list below are used by our products and mobile applications rather than by this website, and are named here for completeness: payment processing (PayPal, Stripe), push notification delivery (Expo Push Service) and AI-powered features (Anthropic Claude API). This website serves no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.
- Strictly necessary: your answer to the cookie banner itself, stored in your browser so we do not ask again, and the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check on our forms. These are set without consent because the site cannot work correctly without them.
- Analytics and monitoring, only after you accept: Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs Web Analytics (cookieless), the Wideview Pixel, and Wide Agent, which records the session as described in section 5.1.
- Functional, only after you accept: the 1ChatGo live chat stores your conversation in your browser so it survives a page reload.

12. Mobile Application — Wide Book Admin
Wide Book Admin is a proprietary mobile application developed and operated exclusively by Wideview Entertainment. It is provided solely to active clients of Wideview Entertainment as part of their service agreement. The application is not available for independent purchase and is not distributed as a standalone product. Access requires an active service subscription with Wideview Entertainment.
This section describes the data practices specific to the mobile application.
12.1 Eligibility and Access
- Wide Book Admin is exclusively available to clients with an active service agreement with Wideview Entertainment
- Access credentials are provisioned directly by Wideview Entertainment upon service activation
- The application cannot be purchased, licensed, or obtained through any third-party channel
- Access is automatically revoked upon termination of the service agreement
12.2 Data Collected by the Application
Authentication Data
Email and encrypted password. JWT tokens stored securely on device using iOS Keychain (via expo-secure-store).
Biometric Data
Face ID / Touch ID authentication is optional and processed entirely on-device. We never store or transmit biometric data.
Push Notifications
Device push token stored on our servers solely for notification delivery. Disable anytime through app or device settings.
Booking Data
Booking information fetched in real-time from connected WordPress sites. Cached temporarily on device for performance.
12.3 Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect usage analytics or behavioral tracking data through the application
- We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
- We do not store personal data in plain text on device
- We do not share app data with advertising networks

12.5 Data Storage and Security
- All sensitive credentials stored in iOS Keychain (industry-standard encrypted storage)

- No personal data persists after logout
12.6 Data Deletion
Clients may disconnect sites and request account deletion through the application settings or by contacting Wideview Entertainment directly. Upon account deletion or service termination, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
