These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Wideview Entertainment (“Wideview”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any client, partner, user, or visitor (“you”, “your”) who accesses our website at wideview.co or engages our services. By using our website, requesting a proposal, or signing a service agreement with Wideview, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
Services are defined in individual Statements of Work (SoW), proposals, or service agreements signed with each client. Typical service categories include:
- Digital Advertising: Campaign management on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms — including strategy, creative production, daily optimisation, and reporting.
- SEO & Content: Technical SEO audits, on-page optimisation, content strategy, link building, and analytics.

- Email Marketing & CRM: Email automation setup, list management, deliverability, and CRM integrations.
- Hosting & Maintenance: Managed hosting, security monitoring, and ongoing technical support.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, brand assets, and access credentials.
- Respond to requests for review and approvals within the timelines agreed in each project.
- Maintain ownership and legal rights to all content (text, images, video, brand marks) supplied to Wideview for use in deliverables.
- Pay for all advertising media spend (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads spend) directly to the respective platforms or, where agreed, reimburse Wideview for any pass-through media costs.
- Comply with all applicable laws, advertising platform policies, and industry regulations relating to their business and offerings.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are agreed in writing per project or retainer in a signed proposal or service agreement. Standard payment terms:
- Project work: 50% deposit on signature, balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
- Retainer / monthly services: invoiced in advance on the 1st of each month, due within 14 days.
- Media spend: billed directly by the platform to the client’s account, or pre-funded to Wideview where agreed in writing.
- Late payments: we reserve the right to pause services on accounts more than 30 days overdue. Greek statutory late-payment interest applies.
- Currency: EUR by default. All fees exclude VAT, which is added per Greek tax law where applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Client Materials
You retain all rights, title, and interest in materials you provide to us (logos, brand assets, copy, photographs, customer data). You grant Wideview a non-exclusive licence to use those materials solely to perform the agreed services.
5.2 Wideview Deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive an exclusive licence (or, where stated in the SoW, ownership) of the final deliverables created specifically for you (custom website code, ad creatives, copy, etc.). Wideview retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and proprietary methodologies used in delivery.
- Internal templates, design patterns, automation scripts, and dashboards developed prior to or independently of your project.
- Anonymised, aggregated insights derived from work performed (used for benchmarking, never disclosing client identity or sensitive data).
5.3 Portfolio Use
Wideview may showcase work delivered for you in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and proposals to prospective clients, unless you opt out in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement (business strategies, customer data, financials, credentials, source code). Confidentiality survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
Wideview acts as a Data Processor on behalf of clients (Data Controllers) when handling personal data of end users (e.g. campaign audiences, CRM contacts, lead form submissions). We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679):
- Data is processed only on documented client instructions for the agreed services.
- We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular backups, audit logging).
- Sub-processors used (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok, Mailgun, Cloudflare, Supabase) are listed in our Privacy Policy and bound by equivalent terms.
- Data breaches are notified to affected clients within 72 hours of discovery.
- Personal data is deleted or returned within 30 days of contract termination.
For full data handling details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Advertising Platform Compliance
When managing client ad campaigns, Wideview adheres to the policies, terms, and developer guidelines of each platform, including:
- Google Ads Policies and the Google Ads API Terms of Service
- Meta Platform Terms and Marketing API Terms
- TikTok Business Terms, Marketing API Developer Agreement, and Community Guidelines
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) Policies
We do not resell, redistribute, or use client advertising data for purposes other than managing the client’s own campaigns. All API access is exercised under the client’s authorised assets via official partner-sharing or business-portfolio mechanisms.
9. Service Levels and Limitations
- We deliver services with reasonable care and skill consistent with industry standards.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes (rankings, ROAS, conversion rates), as these depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, competitor actions, platform algorithm changes, client product/service quality).
- Hosting and managed services target 99.5% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows are notified in advance where possible.
- Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you to Wideview in the 6 months preceding the claim, except for liability that cannot be excluded by Greek law.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Termination
- Retainer agreements may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
- Project agreements may be terminated for material breach by either party, after a 14-day cure period.
- Immediate termination applies in cases of insolvency, fraud, illegal activity, or repeated violation of platform policies that put advertising accounts at risk.
- On termination: outstanding fees become payable, work-in-progress is delivered in its current state, and access credentials are returned.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before resorting to litigation.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified to active clients by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at wideview.co/terms-of-service. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
