Three countries, one operation
How we turned a wellness brand selling across Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria into a single system that invoices, ships and gets paid correctly in every market.

One paid order, end to end
The challenge
Three storefronts, three sets of rules, one team
Selling in three countries meant three tax regimes, three courier networks and three payment realities. Orders piled up in a store while invoices were typed by hand into an ERP. Every market that grew made the manual work worse, and nothing could break during peak season.
What we built
A store wired straight into the ERP
We put each market's storefront on our own infrastructure and built a live bridge to their SoftOne ERP. The moment an order is paid it becomes a proper invoice and a stock movement, with the correct VAT split per market and per product type. Payments route through the right gateway, and couriers, lockers included, live inside the checkout instead of a separate tool.
How it runs
We carry the pager, not them
The servers, the bridge and the monitoring are ours to operate. When the ERP had an outage, we re-pushed every pending document once it came back, with nothing lost and every note intact. When a phishing wave targeted their staff, we identified that it was not our infrastructure and guided the takedown. That is the difference between shipping a project and running one.
The result
Three markets that feel like one
The team manages the whole operation from a single dashboard. Invoices are legal in every country, orders flow to the ERP without a human touching them, and the growth in one market no longer creates work in the others. It is the same discipline we apply to everything: audit first, back up before every change, zero downtime by default.
